Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of www.porstluciehealth.com (the “site”), run by Port St. Lucie Health (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What the site is
The site is a free directory of health, medical, dental and wellness businesses in the Port St. Lucie, Florida area, plus articles on local health topics. We don’t provide medical care, and nothing on the site is medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer. In an emergency, call 911.
2. Listing information
Listings come from public sources and from business owners. Hours, phone numbers, insurance, ratings and other details can change or be wrong. Always confirm directly with the provider before you visit. A listing on the site is not an endorsement, recommendation or referral, and we don’t verify licenses, credentials or quality of care.
3. Paid placements
Some businesses pay for “Featured” or “Premium” placement or sponsor a category. Paid placements are always labeled. Paying for placement doesn’t mean we endorse a business.
4. For businesses
- Accuracy. If you add, claim or update a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and that the information is accurate and not misleading.
- Permission to publish. You give us permission to display, edit for format and length, and promote the information and images you submit on the site and our social media pages. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit.
- Our discretion. We may review, edit, decline or remove any listing or content at any time.
- Paid plans. Paid plans are advertising, billed monthly (or annually if chosen) at the price shown when you sign up. You can cancel anytime, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren’t refunded unless required by law. Plan fees are flat and set in advance. They never depend on how many patients, calls or appointments you receive, and we don’t guarantee any number of views, calls or new patients.
- Appointment requests sent through the site go directly to you. You are responsible for handling them appropriately and in line with the law.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- submit false or misleading information, or impersonate a business or person;
- use the forms to send spam or unsolicited advertising;
- copy, scrape or bulk-download the directory with automated tools;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site; or
- use the site in any way that breaks the law.
6. Our content
The site’s design, articles, logo and the way the directory is compiled belong to Port St. Lucie Health. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Links to other websites
The site links to provider websites, maps, booking tools and other services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
8. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its information, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Port St. Lucie Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make or care you receive based on information on the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
If you submit content or use the site in violation of these terms, you agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
